Rayhab Afzal is an Advocate High Court and has practiced law, as a Litigator, for a considerable period of time in both Islamabad and Karachi. She completed her LLB (Hons.) from University of London followed by an LLM in International Business Law from University College London. She has previously taught Public Law and Contract Law modules of the University of London.

She is teaching IPHR at Themis School of Law in the Academic Session 2021-2022.
